Day 1 focuses on diagnostic workflows, patient evaluation, and urodynamics; Day 2 provides direct tactile, hands-on surgical practice in advanced cadaveric labs utilizing high-fidelity cadaveric models to master tissue dissection planes, anchoring techniques, and pelvic floor reconstruction under expert supervision; Days 3 to 5 feature advanced in-hospital OT shadowing alongside leading subspecialists to observe clinical decision-making, perioperative workflows, and complication management.
Note: Hospital OT shadowing is strictly observational and non-interventional; observed cases depend on active hospital OT schedules.
